Welcome to Drop Zone Cleanup. By using our services, website, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Drop Zone Cleanup provides junk removal, property cleanouts, construction debris removal, heavy lifting and loading, trailer rental services, light excavation, material handling, site cleanup, and related residential and commercial services.
Services may include debris removal, loading, hauling, grading, digging, site preparation, trampoline installation support, and other property improvement or cleanup-related work.
Drop Zone Cleanup may utilize employees, subcontractors, or third-party service providers to complete certain services.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, site conditions, safety considerations, and approval by Drop Zone Cleanup.
Services provided are limited to the scope outlined in the estimate, quote, invoice, or approved work order.
Additional labor, materials, hauling, disposal, excavation, or cleanup requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of scheduling.
Estimates provided from photos or customer descriptions are preliminary and may change based on actual site conditions, material volume, weight, accessibility, or additional labor required upon arrival.
Final pricing may change if:
Customers will be informed of any pricing adjustments before additional work is performed whenever possible.
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may be affected by traffic, weather, disposal facility delays, or previous jobs.
Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or ground conditions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for reasonable notice whenever possible.
Drop Zone Cleanup reserves the right to refuse or stop service if working conditions are unsafe or if prohibited materials are present.
We do not accept hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to:
Customers are responsible for disclosing potentially hazardous materials before service begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property and items being removed.
Customers are also responsible for identifying and disclosing underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, or private underground lines prior to excavation or digging work.
Drop Zone Cleanup is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden structural issues, improperly secured items, or damage resulting from unsafe conditions beyond our control.
Customers should remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before service begins.
